Holy Homemaking | Lacey Rabalais | Ep. 83

Oct 7, 2019

What do you think when you hear the word “homemaker?”
If you’re like me, it hasn’t historically been your favorite word in the world. But have you considered that might be because you have the wrong definition?
That’s what Lacey Rabalais and I discuss in today’s episode about holy homemaking.
We reject culture’s degrading definition that leaves us an understanding of homemaking that is something akin to the Stepford Wives and look at how the Bible actually speaks about our role as women (and men and kids, btw) in the making of our homes.
This is a good one to spark conversations with friends or in your small group. And even if you work in or outside the home, I challenge you to take a listen to this episode and see that regardless of your “working mom” status, we are ALL homemakers.
